With over two decades of experience in banking and lending, I built a successful career in finance before making the deeply personal decision to transition into a new chapter—one centered around family, health, and personal transformation. Becoming a stay-at-home mom to my two wonderful children not only reshaped my priorities but also ignited a passion for holistic wellness and integrative health.
My Journey into Health & Wellness
My own health journey led me to explore evidence-based, functional approaches to well-being. To deepen my knowledge, I obtained health coach training and certification, along with functional nutrition training through Mindbodygreen, an NBHWC-approved program. Through this process, I discovered my true calling—helping others cultivate healthier, more balanced lives.
Advocacy & Community Engagement
Beyond my work as a coach, I am committed to advocacy and community support:
- Angel Advocate, The Tigerlily Foundation – I provide guidance and encouragement to young BIPOC women facing breast cancer, ensuring they have access to resources and support while also supporting the foundation’s advocacy efforts for policy changes at the federal level.
- Book Ambassador, Dr. Elisa Song, MD – I contributed to the successful release of her groundbreaking book on integrative pediatric health, helping spread awareness of evidence-based approaches to children’s wellness.
- Graduate, Bone Coach Program – Specializing in bone health, I focus on educating and supporting pre- and post-menopausal women in strengthening their skeletal health and preventing osteoporosis.

As a Health & Wellness Coach, my role is to empower clients to take charge of their well-being with confidence and self-compassion. I believe in a personalized, client-centered approach—one that helps uncover individual desires, values, and challenges.
